We provide service for local weddings and airport transfers, along with local and nationwide tours for schools, sport teams, and art groups. If you have strong leadership skills, are safety oriented, and have class B CDL (or higher) then you are the ideal candidate!

    Job Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

    Safety is our number one priority - all CDL drivers must comply with FMCSA regulations, company policies, and city, state, federal laws, including traffic laws.

    ● Operate CDL vehicles in such a manner that proper care is given to passengers and equipment at all times.

    ● Oversight of all safety regulations and vehicle operations and manage communications between driver(s) / clients effectively to deliver our Pinnacle Car Services, Inc. service model and ensure US DOT compliance.

    ● Provide punctual, satisfactory customer service per customer request / expectations and maintain

    customer safety any time customers are on board or near your vehicle.

    ● Perform pre / post-trip inspections, complete required logs, and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and maintenance.

    ● Monitor your personal Hours of Service and review / verify your personal DOT compliance scorecards and logs to ensure accurate, consistent implementation of Federal DOT regulatory requirements.

    ● Be proficient in English (written / verbal) for basic business communication.

    ● Perform additional duties as assigned.


    Required Qualifications:

    ● Possess a class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), with a passenger endorsement, air brake endorsement.

    ● Candidates must be at least 25 years old

    ● Candidates must have experience using applications on smartphones and be able to access email.

    ● Candidates must pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screening, and a background check before

    being eligible for employment.

    ● Eligible candidates will have 2-5 yrs. of experience transporting passengers OR 2-5 years of experience

    operating other large CDL vehicles.

    ● DOT / FMCSA knowledge related to CDL and passenger carrying vehicles.

    ● Experience in customer service protocols and processes, including quality standards and personal

    customer support before, during, and after the service experience.

    ● Candidates must have an acceptable driving record (MVR):

         ○ Have no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months

         ○ Have no more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years

         ○ Have no more than 1 minor accident within the last 3 years

         ○ Have no major accidents, no reckless driving charges, no DUI’s, and no DWI’s. (Failure to appear,

    for any of the above citations or charges, will be considered a violation.)

         ○ Have no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years

    ● Experience with SAMSARA is preferred but not required.


    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.

    ● Eligible candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and load multiple pieces of luggage on any assignment.

    ● Eligible candidates must be able to sit comfortably for extended periods of time while on duty (with

    minimal opportunity to stretch).

    ● Eligible candidates must be able to operate various mechanical aspects or perform physical tasks on CDL

    vehicles (i.e. check fluids and windshield washer blades, connect the vehicle dump tank and cleanse the system, etc.).

  • Transportation Coordinator (Dispatch)

    Pinnacle Car Services, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, confident individual to join our Transportation Division located in Springdale, Arkansas as an Operations coordinator (dispatch/DOT compliance). This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for candidates with strong dispatching experience who can jump right in.


    • The job is fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding, requiring the ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented.
    • The job involves customer communication, dispatch communication, and compliance.
    • Eligible candidates will have a positive attitude and ability to relate to our clients and internal customers (drivers).

    Job Responsibilities include, and are not limited to: 

    • Knowledge of principles and methods for transporting passengers via ground transportation (Sedan/Vans/Busses)
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including meeting quality standards for services and customer support before, during, and after the service experience.
    • Ensures excellent, on-time service, ensures all safety regulations are being observed and all communications between drivers and client are adequate and effective.
    • Manage dispatch protocols to be compliant with both client and company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor performance as it relates to driver incidents, equipment failure, vehicle breakdowns, and other potential service disruptions.
    • Maintain customer relations via phone and fax, making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location.
    • Support emergency field repairs and/or other emergency response needs.
    • Review and verify DOT Compliance scorecards to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of Federal DOT Regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor driver Hours of Service.
    • English proficient in business writing and verbal communication.
    • Plan, organize, and manage workload to include:
    1. Daily client and driver communication.
    2. Dispatch drivers on previous, current, and future assignments.
    3. Update TMS orders.
    4. Provide drivers all client information on itineraries and travel/service needs.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to multi-task and manage diverse details to excel in a high-energy environment with shifting priorities.
    • Requires flexible work hours, including long days and weekends.
    • Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
    • Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management System).
    • DOT/FMCSA knowledge relating to passenger-carrying vehicles. 
    • 2-5 years of service-related dispatch/scheduling experience.
    • Experience with Samsara, MyDriver, MS Office, Google Office Suite, and Gmail is a plus.
    • College coursework in transportation or job-related experience is a plus.

    Diesel Technician Mechanic Basic Job Responsibilities:

    ● Maintains diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and keeping repair records.


    Diesel Mechanic Job Duties:

    ● Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.

    ● Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; installing component and part upgrades; controlling corrosion; completing winterization procedures.

    ● Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.

    ● Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

    ● Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.

    ● Verify vehicle performance by conducting test drives and / or adjusting controls and systems.

    ● Maintain vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.

    ● Contain costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.

    ● Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

    ● Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.

    ● Enhance maintenance department and company brand reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    ● Other duties as assigned.


    Diesel Technician Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:

    ● Diesel repair and maintenance experience in a heavy truck / DOT compliance

    ● Knowledge of A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and

    diagnostics/troubleshooting of diesel engines and trailer assemblies.

    ● Basic computer skills with ability to use diagnostic programs

    ● Diesel Mechanic Certification preferred

    ● ASE Certification preferred
