Born and raised in Fayetteville, Jeff has always considered NWA home. Jeff graduated from Fayetteville High School, then continued on to the U of A to receive his BSBA from the Walton College of Business, while being team captain of the University’s Tennis Team. Jeff started his professional career with Sam’s Club immediately after graduation. He held multiple positions within Sam’s Club Stores over the next 16 years which moved him across the country, primarily along the East Coast. Jeff eventually moved back to NWA to run the Optical Division for Sam’s Club, and that is when he decided to open Pinnacle Car Services, Inc. Jeff attributes most of his success and results driven mindset to the teachings of Sam Walton and the Walmart Culture in general. Today, Pinnacle Car Services is completely focused on providing exceptional service at a low cost to the consumer. Keeping overhead and expenses to a minimum, identifying, hiring, growing and retaining a great team that provides daily high end service has been a consistent formula that has allowed Pinnacle to exceed all growth expectations year after year. Jeff also focuses much of his attention on upholding his corporate responsibility through his philanthropic efforts within Northwest Arkansas. Jeff, and PCS, have increased community involvement and the amount of donated services year after year exceeding $20,000 in retail services for 2016.
Jeff recently accepted a seat on the Limousine, Charter, and Tour Board of Directors. He will be one of 12 board members with the other members of the board all from larger metropolitan areas, with ‚ÄčLouisville, KY being the next smallest town, after Pinnacle Car Services.
