What brought you to Pinnacle Car Services?
At the time, I was looking for a part-time weekend/night job so I could finish my Bachelors degree.
What is your favorite thing about the job?
Opportunities for growth. Went from weekend/night dispatcher to full-time lead dispatcher to office manager to HR/Talent Development and now Director of Operations.
The flexibility in scheduling (as a parent of young children, this is super important to me).
With the majority of our employees being semi-retired or current company owners - I have so much talent/knowledge only a phone call away.
The company is small enough where I am able to get mentorship directly from the owner.
I am included in major company decisions/changes.
What do you do for entertainment outside of work?
Hike, karaoke, spend quality time with family
What is a fun fact about you?
I am the youngest of 12 siblings and the first one to ever graduate college.
I have 14 year old twin boys and a 2 year old baby boy.
I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
